Fees and Insurance Options
Therapy is an investment in yourself, and is a means towards improving your quality of life and improving the quality of your relationships with other people.
My fee is $150 per session, and can be paid through In-network insurance coverage, out of network coverage, or through Self-Pay. If you have any questions at all about Insurance coverage please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to help you understand your options.
In-Network Insurance Information I currently take the following Insurances:
- Anthem Blue Cross
- Lyra
- TriCare / TriWest
With In-Network Insurance, one typically pays only a Copay for each session. TriCare clients that are Active Duty Military personnel typically have no Copay.
Out of Network Insurance / EAP
For other insurance carriers, services may be covered by your health insurance as an out of network provider. Services may also be covered by an employee benefit (EAP). If your insurance is not on the list above, I will provide you with the necessary receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Many insurance companies will reimburse between 50-80% of the fee after you have met your deductible.

Self Pay
Self Pay provides the highest level of confidentiality, as there is no intrusive Insurance company attempting to manage your care. Insurance companies may limit the number of sessions, and require a mental health diagnosis. Self Pay allows you to avoid having a mental health diagnosis, and there are no limits on the number of sessions you can attend.
Reduced Fees
Reduced Fees are available depending on the Individual's financial situation. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs and financial situation.
Payment
Cash and Checks are currently accepted. I also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Venmo
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice must be provided to avoid a $100 charge for a late cancellation or missed appointment.
